On 24th March 2023, during the graduation ceremony of graduates of the University of Health and Social work of St. Elisabeth in Prešov, vice-rector for pedagogical activity, Dr.h.c.  prof. PhDr. Vlastimil Kozoň, PhD. ceremoniously awarded university teachers with an honorary decoration in the form of a golden brooch of St. Elisabeth for particularly significant contributions to the development of nursing and mutual cooperation in an international context.     

Ass. Professor Helena Kadučáková and Ass. Professor Jozef Babečka were awarded from our Faculty of Health Care CU. This award in the form of a gold brooch of St. Elisabeth has a long-standing tradition in professional nursing in Central Europe, in which the University of Health and Social work of St. Elisabeth in Bratislava continue.
